I am watching American Idol on February 26, 2014. The judges this year are Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez (Jlo) and Harry Connick Jr. J Lo is okay. I like Keith Urban but Harry Connick Jr. is my favorite. You can tell that he really knows his music. He comments on if they are singing in tune and then he will tell them if they are flat or sharp. His feedback is very constructive and accurate. Tonight we are about four contestants in and they have all been off key. I know that they have been working on the songs all week and working with vocal coaches. I believe it shows how difficult it is to sing in key. Singing is not easy, even for people that are gifted and talented. Just thinking out loud.
