Many companies, organizations, churches, non-profit organizations have mission statements or a list of company values. One company that I heard about has a list and a couple of their values are honesty and integrity. These are values that they want all of their associates to display because their associates are a reflection of their company. I guess it work both ways- the company that a person works for is also a reflection of that person.

This particular company told their associate to put banners and advertising out by the street. This is a violation of a city ordinance. The company said, "Go ahead and do it. We will take the advertising down when we get caught." I don't know about you but I don't see any integrity in that statement. Maybe it is okay to steal if you don"t get caught or it's okay to go faster than the speed limit. Either way it is still breaking a law and what gives them the right to decide which ones are breakable. Just thinking!
