I am glad that I didn't make a New Year's resolution this year to do a better job on writing on my blog. Today is February 23 and it is my first blog. It is a good thing that I am a songwriter and not a blogger. They probably pay about the same. lol

   I did make a list of 2023 songwriting goals. Here is my list for this year.

1. Submit 12 songs to NSAI (Nashville Songwriting Association International for evaluations.
2. Co-write with five songwriters
3. Pitch 2 songs to NSAI song pitch
4. Practice a 45 minute song set for performing
5. Start performances in October of 2023
6. Attend Kansas City NSAI meetings once a month (it not working)

    That is a pretty big list. I will need to stay focused to get it completed. Good luck as you chase your dreams.
