Alyssa is my short, blonde headed, cowboy boot wearing, light blue eyed, affectionate, eight year old grand daughter. I met her and my daughter, Heather at Glory Days Pizza for lunch on Sunday after church. After lunch we were all going to go to Alyssa's basketball game. This would be the first game that I was going to be able to attend this year. Allyssa sat beside me and said," I almost scored last week. I shot the ball but it did not go in" I listened and said, Keep shooting till you make it". The little girl who had never scored a basket, scored a basket. To be more accurate she scored 5 baskets and scored 10 points of her teams 14 points. She had the best game of her life and it was great to there and see it. I was watching a real life Disney movie at Rossville High School.
