We're here do to everything we can to make their lives simpler and easier so they can focus on the real work. "  #2 "Were not looking for the perfect method #3. Hire as many staff as you want, and pay as much as you want, up to 11% of your sales.#4. Any Hobby Lobby manager anywhere is authorized to cut prices to matcIh the local competitor. #5.If everything is working as it should the staff will feel honored and fulfilled, and customers will be pleased. #5 If somebody has a good idea, share it upward so we can pass it on to the entire chain. Don't just send it out to your third of the company. #6; Look for chances to go to bat for your people. Okay, I'm not done with the book. I will share more later.
