Let's call quality managers "A" people. When they hire, they inevitably choose other "A" people. "B" people, on the other had, tend to choose "C" people. Why is that? Because deep down they are intimidated by "A" people. They make sure no subordinate of theirs is going to show them up. As a result, the organization is weakened. "A" people will look for other employment opportunities when they are working for a "B" boss. That is interesting stuff.
