I can always tell a Nickelback song. Chad Kroeger's voice has a distinct sound. I am listening to Nickelback on Spotify as I type this. If I heard a Nickelback song and someone else was singing it would throw me a curveball. I like Nickelback.  They have good songs. The remind me of the Eagles of the seventies with a little edge. Inflation has hit the music industry. If a band like Nickelback came out now, what would they be called? Pennyback.
